The production process is carefully and constantly monitored.
The molding is done as follows:
- through a semi-automatic system which has a capacity of 20-25 flasks / hour and a flasks size of 500 x 600 mm;
- jolt machines (ramming, squeezer) of various sizes who can produce flasks up to 2000 x 1000 mm;
- hand molding of large or special items.
Metal is prepared by melting ingots of aluminum alloy in four blast furnaces
with a capacity of more than 3,000 kg / day.
We use various alloys according to customer needs; mostly we use these alloys: G Al Si 4.5 MN MG/EN AB 45000,
G Al Si 9 MN MG 43100, SG-Al Si 91, EN AB 46400, EN AB 42000 Al Si 7 Mg and Al Zn 10 Si 8 Mg C.

The trimming of the pieces is done with sanding band machines,
grinding machines and pneumatic tools.
The sanding is done with an abrasive blasting machine with angular and spherical sand granules.
