Our castings are produced with artisan care and attention, due to over 50 years of experience in the sector.

They are used in various environments and undergo various tests.

The molding carried out with our systems then guarantees the size of the castings themselves.

The production cycle is also carefully and constantly monitored.

 

Forming is carried out as follows:

  1. through a semi-automatic system that has a capacity of 20/25 stirrups / hour and a stirrup dimension of 500 x 600 mm
  2. overturning and hard shake machines of various sizes that can demould 2000 x 1000 mm brackets
  3. hand molding for particular and large pieces.

he metal is prepared by remelting aluminum alloy ingots in 4 melting furnaces with a capacity; of over 3,000 kg / day.

We use various alloys according to customer needs; the alloys we use most are G Al Si 4.5 Mn Mg/EN AB 45000, G Al Si 9 Mn Mg 43100, SG-Al Si 91, EN AB 46400, EN AB 42000 Al Si 7 Mg e Al Zn 10 Si 8 Mg C.

Moulds are prepared by various processes:

  • COLD BOX
  • SHELL MOULDING
  • SELF-HARDENING RESINS
  • MANUALLY IN CO2

The deburring of the pieces is carried out with taping machines, disc wheels and compressed air tools.

Sandblasting is carried out with a cluster sandblaster with angular and spherical grit.
